SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

We deliver products domestically and internationally using Australia Post.

 

International shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, Contact us for exact shipping costs.

 

Australian Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $10 unless you spend $99, then shipping is free within Australia.

 

All our orders are printed here in Australia just for you and each product is a custom item. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to create your item. Dispatch is within 2 business days of your item being printed and shipping times are estimated at between 1-15 business days depending on your location. For International deliveries we use Australia Post - Registered or Pack & Track International Service.

 

All duty & taxes charged by the destination country are at the customers expense. International orders can be tracked through the destination country postal service website using the tracking number provided.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE

 

1. For all returns please email info@foamriders.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to request your return authorisation number (RA)

 

2. Include in your email the original order number & the items you are requesting to return/exchange

 

Foam is committed to customer satisfaction. Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. There will be no refund of the original postage and return post is at your expense.

 

We suggest using Registered post with tracking as Foam cannot take responsibility for lost or missing returned orders.

 

No exchange or refund on sale items unless product is faulty.

 

Unwashed, unworn or unused items in original condition may be returned upon presentation of your original invoice up to 7 days after receiving your order.

 

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do.

PRIVACY POLICY

Foamriders is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all. Foamriders uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Foamriders only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.

An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
